复发翼状胬肉显微切除联合羊膜及自体角膜缘移植效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨复发翼状胬肉显微切除联合羊膜及自体角膜缘移植的方法及效果。方法回顾性分析2012年4月～2013年4月在我院接受治疗的复发翼状胬肉患者50例，根据治疗方法分为两组，对照组采用显微镜下胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术治疗，观察组在此基础上联合自体角膜移植缘治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治愈率、复发率均优于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论临床治疗复发翼状胬肉时采用显微切除联合羊膜及自体角膜缘移植术治疗，效果显著，复发率低，改善患者的预后。Objective To explore the method and effect of microsurgical resection of recurrent pterygium with amniotic membrane and corneal limbal autograft. Methods 50 patients who received treatment for recurrent pterygium were analyzed in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013, according to treatment methods are divided into two groups, amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment, observation group on the with autologous corneal transplantation margin. Comparison of treatment effect of two groups.Results The cure rate of the observation group, the recurrence rate was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the difference was statistically signiifcant.Conclusion The clinical treatment of recurrent pterygium excision combined with amniotic membrane and the microstructure of limbal autograft transplantation, improve the prognosis of patients.
