电视胸腔镜手术与开胸手术在纵隔肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析探讨电视胸腔镜手术与开胸手术在纵膈肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法 60例纵膈肿瘤患者随机分为各30例的对照组和观察组;对照组采取传统开胸手术方法进行治疗,观察组则在电视胸腔镜下实施肿瘤切除术,对两组患者的手术时间、出血量、术后恢复时间等指标进行观察。结果治疗后,观察组在术中出血量、住院时间等均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论电视胸腔镜手术治疗纵膈肿瘤具有显著的治疗效果。Objective To analyze and discuss the application value of video-assisted thoracoscopic operation and open chest operation in the treatment of mediastinal tumor.Methods60 cases of mediastinal tumor patients were randomly divided into observation group and study group with each 30 cases. Control group used the traditional thoracic operation, observation group received video assisted thoracoscopic operation. To compare operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative recovery time between two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, bleeding volume hospitalization time of observation group were better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment efifciency of observation group was 93.33%, better than 73.33% of study group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionVideo-assisted thoracoscope operation in treatment mediastinal tumor has significant therapeutic effect.
