口腔健康指导对维持牙周炎基础治疗疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的了解有效的口腔健康指导在维持牙周炎基础治疗疗效中的重要作用。方法 20例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为各10例的对照组和观察组,对照组治疗后无任何形式的口腔健康指导,观察组在基础治疗后进行有效的口腔健康指导,记录并比较患者治疗前、治疗后一个月、治疗后三个月菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、探诊深度(PD)、牙龈出血(BOP)的变化。结果两组患者的各项指标在治疗前和治疗后一个月均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后三个月两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论有效的口腔健康指导是维持牙周炎长期疗效的重要条件,为了维持远期疗效,患者都应接受口腔健康指导。Objective To understand the important role of effective oral health instruction in maintaining basic treatment of periodontitis. Methods 20 cases of chronic periodontitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 10 cases in each group, control group without any form of oral health instruction after treatment, while observation group did. To record and compare PLI, GI, PD, BOP changes before treatment, one month and three month after treatment. Results Each index of two groups in patients before treatment and one month after treatment showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Three months after treatment, there had significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective oral health instruction is an important condition for maintaining long-term curative effect of periodontitis. In order to maintain the long-term curative effect, patients should accept oral health instruction.
