摘　　要：报告1例上皮样血管瘤。患者女,30岁。左耳郭及同侧头皮散在或融合成片暗红色结节,部分破溃出血。皮损组织病理学检查:表皮轻度增生,真皮内大量薄壁血管增生,内衬胞质丰富且核大的内皮细胞,部分凸向管腔,血管周围见团块状嗜酸性粒细胞及淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:上皮样血管瘤。治疗:手术切除结合高频电灼法。A ease of epithelioid bemangioma is reported. A 30-year-old female presented with scattered or coalesced dark red nodules on her left auricle and ipsilaleral scalp, partially broken and bleeding. Histopathologieal examination showed slight epidermal proliferation, and there were a large number of proliferating blood vessels in the dermis. Endothelial cells with abundant eytoplasm and large nuclei were seen inside the vessels. There were eosinophils and lymphoeytes infiltraied in clumps around the vessels. The diagnosis of epithelioid hemangioma was made. The patient was treated by surgical excision combined with high fl＇equeney eleetroeautery.
