下颌侧切牙Ⅲ型牙内陷1例及文献回顾

摘　　要：牙内陷可能是由于成釉器卷曲或增生深入牙乳头而引起的牙齿发育异常,常发生于上颌侧切牙。本文报道1例发生于下颌侧切牙的双根管牙内陷伴根尖周炎。通过根管治疗,9个月复查患牙无明显症状,根尖周炎症减轻。Dens invaginatus, which is an abnormality formation of teeth probably caused by the infolding of enamel organs or their pro- liferation penetrating into dental papiliae, mainly occurs in maxillary lateral incisors. This paper describes the complex root canal treat- ment of dens invaginatus in mandibular lateral incisor with apical periodontitis. The endodontic treatment was performed successfully. At a follow-up examination nine months later,the tooth was free of clinical symptoms and the periradicular lesion was significantly dimin- ished.
