摘　　要：二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(eicosapntemacnioc acid,EPA)是ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFAs)中的两个成员。目前发现,DHA和EPA具有多种生理功能,包括预防和治疗心血管疾病,促进脑细胞发育,抗癌和抗炎等。本文就DHA和EPA的抗炎作用及其在牙周炎中的研究进展做一综述。Docosahexaenoic acid （DHA） and eicosapentaenoic acid （EPA） are two members of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids （ ω-3 PUFAs）. They have a lot of beneficial biological effects, such as preventing and treating angiocardiopathy,improving the develop- ment of brain ceils. They are also anticancer and anti-inflammatory. This article will review the research progress on the anti-inflammato- ry effects of DHA and EPA,as well as their role in periodontitis.
