摘　　要：目的:评价心理干预对白血病患儿治疗期生活质量的影响,分析相关影响因素。方法:78例白血病患儿为研究对象,随机分成试验组40例,对照组38例,试验组在常规化疗基础上给予心理干预,对照组给予单纯常规化疗,采用癌症患者生活质量测定量表EORTC QLQ-C30进行调查。结果:治疗后试验组与对照组患儿EORTC QLQ-C30的15项因子得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患病时间越长和饮食不好的天数越多,功能领域得分越低;睡眠与体力不好的天数越多,患儿生活质量越差。结论:心理干预能提高白血病患儿治疗期生活质量,要重视患儿的饮食、睡眠和体力情况。Objective：To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on quality of life of children with leuke-mia during treatment,and related factors. Methods：78 cases of leukemia patients as the research object,randomly di-vided into experimental group 40 cases,38 cases in the control group,the experimental group was given psychological intervention based on conventional chemotherapy,control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,the canc-er patients quality of life scale for EORTC was investigated by QLQ-C30. Results：After the treatment,the experi-mental group and control group EORTC QLQ-C30 15 scores were statistically different（p﹤0. 05）. The more days the longer the illness and poor diet,function domain score is lower;The more days of sleep and physical strength is not good, the quality of life of children with worse. Conclusion：Psychological intervention can improve the life quality of chil-dren with leukemia treatment,attention should be paid to the effect of childrenˊs diet,sleep and physical conditions.
