新疆某三甲肿瘤医院乳腺癌患者住院费用及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解乳腺癌患者住院费用情况及主要影响因素。方法:采用回顾性调查分析方法,以乳腺癌住院患者为主要研究对象,收集乳腺癌患者的一般情况、平均住院天数、住院次数、住院费用等信息。对研究对象的基本特征及住院费用构成进行描述性分析,采用单因素方差分析、多重线性回归对可能影响住院费用的因素进行分析。结果:乳腺癌患者的平均年龄为(49.76±12.12)岁,41-60岁年龄组病人最多,占59%。住院费用构成中,药品费占总费用的比例最高,为65%,其次为治疗费(14%)和检查费(7%)。采用单因素方差分析,结果表明年龄、住院次数、平均住院天数、治疗方案与患者的住院费用密切相关,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。将这些因素采用多重线性回归分析,结果表明住院次数、平均住院天数与住院费用密切相关,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:合理缩短住院天数,减少药品费用是控制乳腺癌病人住院费用的有效途径。发展乳腺癌早期筛查,早发现早治疗,减少不必要的检查,可降低住院费用。Objective： To study the hospitalization expense and its main influencing factors of the breast cancer pa- tients. Methods：By retrospective analysis method, collect breast cancer patients data. Results：The average age of breast cancer patients was （49.76 ± 12.12 ） years, most patients was 41 - 60 years group, accounting for 59%. The composition of hospitalization expenses, drug costs accounted for the highest （ 65% ）, followed by the treatment fee （14%） and inspection fee（7% ）. Using single factor analysis of variance ,the major influencing factors included age, times of hospitalization, average hospitalization days, treatment plan （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Then using multiple linear regression analysis the major influencing factors included times of hospitalization, average hospitalization days（P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion：To shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce drug cost are the effective way to control the hospitalization ex- penses of patients with breast cancer. The development of breast cancer early screening, early detection and early treatment ,reduce unnecessary examinations, can reduce the cost.
