中医问诊中的非症状信息

摘　　要：目的总结中医权威著作中的非症状信息及其临床意义。方法从"读秀中文学术搜索"选取24部中医权威著作,以问诊信息、临床意义、参考文献为字段名建立数据库,获得1260条原始记录,规范名词术语,参照非症状信息的确认原则提取其中的非症状信息并进行归类,分析其临床意义。结果共获得75条非症状信息,包括性别、年龄、地域、婚育、体质、职业6类患者相关信息,和饮食、劳逸、情志、生活起居、病史、发病季节、病程病势、加重因素8类疾病相关信息,其临床意义包括诊断疾病、辨识证候和指导用药三个方面。结论中医问诊中具有丰富非症状信息,同症状、体征等信息相结合可有助于疾病的诊断与治疗。Objective To summarize the non-symptom information and its clinical significances in authoritative writings of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）. Methods 24 TCM authoritative writings were selected from Read Show Chinese Academic Search（ 读秀中文学术搜索,www. duxiu. com）,a full-text search engine for academic books.A database was established with the field names of inquiring information,clinical significance and references. 1260 original records were acquired. The terminologies were normalized,and the non-symptoms information was extracted and classified,and the clinical significances were analyzed according to the recognition principle of non-symptoms information. Results 75 pieces of non-symptom information were acquired,including six categories of patient relevant information（ gender,age,region,marriage and childbirth,physical condition,and profession） and eight categories of disease related information（ diet,work and leisure,emotions,daily life,medical history,onset seasons,disease course and conditions,and aggravated factors）. The clinical significances of non-symptom information is that could be helpful in diagnosis,identifying syndromes and guiding medications. Conclusion By TCM inquiry rich non-symptom information can be obtained. When combined with information on symptoms and physical signs,it could be helpful in diagnosis and treatment.
