摘　　要：军队医院接诊的异地患者数量庞大,当地医保部门的住院收费票据报销时的真伪查证给医院带来沉重的工作负担。本院在保证信息安全的前提下,在对外网络上实现住院收费数据真伪查询,为患者所在地社保管理部门的稽查提供真实可靠的便捷通道,有效防堵骗保的发生,减轻管理部门的人工账单查询压力。There were large number of civilian patients being treated in the military hospital from other cit- ies. For the hospitals, it is a big burden to verify the authenticity of hospital charges bill, which is the base of the reimbursement by the local medical insurance department. On the premise of information security, we listed the re- lated information on internetwork, which provides a convenient channel for local social security administrators to check the bill information. Thus the occurrence of potentially fraudulent reimbursement could be prevented effectively; also the workload in manual checking of billing authenticity could be reduced.
