摘　　要：教师的综合素质体现了一个学校的核心竞争能力,也是学校教学质量评价和绩效考核的重要依据,科学合理的评价指标体系和评价方法是获得学校教师综合素质的基础。当前对教师综合素质的评价,通常采用算术平均线性划分法,对隐含的信息没有进行深入挖掘,难以全面准确地反映教师的综合情况。本文运用PCA算法对某高校专业教师的教学、科研和职业道德评价结果进行分析,得出教师综合素质评价结果,实例证明运用PCA算法操作简便,评价结果客观合理。The overall quality of teachers reflects the core competitive of a school, and also an important basis for the teaching quality evaluation and performance appraisal of the school, scientific and rational evaluation index and method is the basis for the overall quality of the school teachers. The arithmetical average method was adopted for the overall quality of the teachers, but the method was not digged the hidden information, so it is difficult to accurately reflect the situation of teachers. In this paper we proposed to use PCA algorithm to evaluate the result of teaching, scientific research and morality and the result of evaluation prove that PCA algorithm is simple, objective and reasonable.
