摘　　要：运用实验法、数理统计法和访谈法,以喀什师范学院体育教育专业10-2班和11-2班篮球专项学生为研究对象,通过分组实验,证实两种不同微格训练方法的教学效果及优缺点,为提高我院体育教育专业学生的实践教学能力提供理论支持。Using experimental method, mathematical statistics method and interview method, in Kashgar normal college sports education specialized 10-2 class and 11-2 class basketball special students as the research object, through the grouping experiment, confirmed that the two different micro-standard training methods of the teaching effect and the advantages and disadvantages, in order to improve the physical education specialty practice teaching ability of students to provide theoretical support.
