摘　　要：济源职业技术学院在应用化工技术专业建设过程中,依托豫北高等职教集团,以提高人才培养质量为核心,抓住省级特色专业建设的契机,结合社会需求,确定了特色专业建设思路,创新了校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式,基于化工生产过程分析,构建了"一平台、四模块、能力递进"的课程体系,开展了"岗位、课程、职业资格证书"三融通的课程教学设计与改革,有效提高了学生的综合职业能力。During the constructions of applied chemical apartment, relied on Yubei high-professional group, Jiyuan Vocational and Technical School has caught the opportunity of the establishment of idiomatical apartments and aiming to improve the quality of personnel. Jiyuan Vocational and Technical School has improved the comprehensive abilities of students through the innovation of cultivated talents, the curriculum of applied chemical is based on the concept of “one platform, four master - plates, and progressive ability”, and the new course system has three progressive phases“occupation, course and professional credential”.
