摘 要:目的探讨肺癌患者胸水中CD40、MMP-12水平的测定及临床意义。方法选取60例胸水患者,其中30例为肺癌伴恶性胸腔积液,30例为良性胸腔积液。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组患者胸水CD40、MMP-12水平。结果肺癌患者胸水CD40、MMP-12水平均明显高于良性胸水(P<0.05);不同病理类型肺癌患者胸水CD40、MMP-12含量(P>0.05)无显著差异;联合检测胸水CD40、MMP-12水平诊断效能较好。结论肺癌患者胸水CD40、MMP-12含量高于良性胸水,对良恶性胸水患者具有鉴别诊断意义。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD40 and MMP-12 levels in pleural effusion of patients with lung cancer. Methods 60 patients with pleural effusions were selected, including 30 cases of malig-nant pleural effusion and 30 cases of benign pleural effusion. The expression of CD40 and MMP-12 in pleural effusion were tested by ELISA technique. Results The levels of CD40 and MMP-12 in patients with lung cancer was signifi-cantly higher than those in benign pleural effusion (P〈0. 05). The concentration of CD40 and MMP-12 showed no statistically significant difference among all pathological types of patients with lung cancer (P〉0. 05). The combined detection of CD40 and MMP-12 in pleural effusion had a better diagnostic efficiency. Conclusion The levels of CD40 and MMP-12 in patients with lung cancer are higher than those of benign pleural. The combined detection of pleural effusion CD40 and MMP-12 has the significance of differential diagnosis between benign and malignant pleural effusion.
