摘　　要：高职医学检验学生的创新能力是国家教育与改革工程的重要目标.各高职高专院校人才培养过程中要体现提升高职医学检验学生的创新能力.分析高职高专检验生的就业现状,基于以用为本以就业为导向进行医学检验技术专业课程体系的创新,适应当代社会需求,效果显著,并提出创新性素质培养思考.The innovation ability of vocational students ma）oring in Laboratory Medicine technology has been the target of medical education and reform of our country. The vocational colleges have to value innovation ability of their students during its teaching process and management. The paper analyses the actuality of the vocational students＇ employment. It has a good result if the vocational colleges based on the innovation of specialized course system to cultivate their students. The paper develops some methods of cultivating the innovation ability of students majoring in Laboratory Medicine.
