摘  要:本实验以小麦秸秆为原料,提取木质素并对其进行两次改性合成低成本重金属吸附剂。第一次改性是木质素与二乙烯三胺、甲醛发生曼尼希反应;第二次改性是利用一次改性成品与β-环糊精发生共聚反应。考察了二次改性过程中一改成品与β-环糊精配比、反应温度以及二次改性制得的吸附剂用量对Pb2+吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明:木质素二次改性过程中,当m(改成品):m(β-环糊精)=1:2,反应温度为70℃,合成的二次改性木质素吸附剂吸附性能最佳;当二次改性木质素用量为4g·L-1时Pb2+去除率可达74.56%。此外,通过对照实验,发现改性后的木质素吸附性比未改性的木质素的高很多,且二次改性制得的吸附剂吸附性能优于一次改性制得的吸附剂的吸附性能。In this paper, lignin was extracted from wheat straw and was modified through two steps in order to synthesize low-cost adsorbent for heavy metal. The first modification of extracted lignin was done by means of Mannich reaction among diethylenetriamine, formaldehyde and lignin. The second modification was done through copolymerization between the first modification product and β-Cyclodextrin. The effects of mass ratio of the first modification product and β-cyclodextrin, the second modification temperature and dosage of the second modification lignin on the adsorption of Pb^2+ were investigated. The results showed that Pb^2+ removal rate was 74. 56% when m(first modification product):m(β-CD)=1:2, react temperature was 70℃ and absorber dosage was 4g in 1L water. In addition, through comparative experiments it was demonstrated that the adsorption property of modified lignin was better than that of lignin.
