摘　　要：提出了商业生态系统构建、治理和创新的三阶段理论模型。核心企业通过平台开放和资源整合机制构建其商业生态系统,通过商业生态系统层级社会责任机制实施治理及不断解构重构价值网络进行创新;并以泸州老窖为例进行阐述和实证,指出当前白酒企业转型应该进行商业生态系统层面的商业模式创新。This paper proposes business ecosystem＇s construction, governance and innovation three stage theoretical model. The core enterprise builds its business ecosystem through platform development and resource integration mechanism, coordinates it through ecosystem-level social responsibility mechanism, innovate it through deconstructing and reconstructing the value network continuously; then takes Luzhoulaojiao group as an example to elaborate and verify the model, points out that pres- ently liquor company＇s transformation should be performed through business model innovation at business ecosystem level.
