信任对工程合同柔性影响的实证研究

摘　　要：以工程项目为对象,对合同签订前的初始信任与工程合同柔性的关系进行系统考察,采用168份数据进行了实证检验。结果显示,信任的各维度对工程合同柔性的各维度具有显著促进作用,仅影响的程度不同;善意信任对客观维柔性的促进作用较强,能力信任对主观维柔性的促进作用较强;能力信任与善意信任显著正相关。Taking construction as the object, this paper has systematically probed into the relationship between the initial trust before signed the contract and construction contractual flexibility. Results from the sample of 168, discover that the various dimensions of trust has a positive role in the five basic dimensions of construction contractual flexibility. However, the effect levels are different between the five basic dimensions of construction contractual flexibility; Goodwill trust has more significant effect on objective dimension flexibility than subjective dimension flexibility, competence trust has more significant effect on subjective dimension flexibility than objective dimension flexibility; There is an existence of complementarities between competence trust and goodwill trust.
