摘　　要：目的:分析三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的超声特征及病理特点。方法:手术并经病理学检查证实的281例乳腺癌患者,根据雌激素受体(ER),孕激素受体(PR)和人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)的表达分为TNBC组(49例)和非TNBC(NTNBC)组(232例),比较两组在常规超声及弹性成像(UE)图像上的差异,分析其病理特点。结果:TNBC组肿瘤组织学分级和腋窝淋巴结转移发生率均显著高于NTNBC组(P<0.05);TNBC组边缘毛刺征、高回声晕、微钙化、后方回声衰减均较NTNBC组少见(P<0.05),TNBC组与NTNBC组彩色多普勒超声表现及UE表现相似(P>0.05)。结论:TNBC病理分级及腋窝淋巴结转移率较高,在二维超声上具有一定的特征性,但在多普勒血流成像及UE表现上与NTNBC无明显差异。Objective： To analyze the ultrasonic features and clinicopathological characteristics of triple-negative breast cancer（ TNBC） and improve TNBC diagnostic accuracy. Methods： According to expression of ER,PR and HER2,281 cases of patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer were divided into TNBC group（ 49 cases） and non-TNBC（ NTNBC） group（ 232 cases）. The differences of conventional ultrasonography,ultrasonic elastography（ UE） image were analyzed and compared between TNBC group and NTNBC group. Their pathological features were analyzed. Results：The histological grade and the percentage of lymph node metastasis in TNBC were higher than those in NTNBC（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with NTNBC group,TNBC group showed less peripheral spicule sign,hyperechoic halo,microcalcification and rear echo attenuation（ P〈0. 05）. The performance of the two groups in color Doppler ultrasound and UE was similar（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： TNBC patients have higher pathological grade and lymph node metastasis rate,the two-dimensional ultrasonography of TNBC have certain characteristics. The differences of TNBC and NTNBC are not satistically significant in color Doppler ultrasound and UE.
