摘  要:随着工农业生产的发展,工业废水以及生活污水等导致水体富营养化日益加剧。在适宜的条件下,富营养化水体中的蓝藻可在短时间内迅速繁殖并聚集形成蓝藻水华,某些水华蓝藻能产生蓝藻毒素。蓝藻毒素不仅会对植物和水生动物的生长发育产生影响,而且会对人类的健康产生潜在危害。文章介绍了蓝藻毒素及其危害,重点围绕蓝藻毒素对植物生长发育的影响及其机理的研究状况进行了综述,为进一步研究蓝藻毒素影响植物生长发育机制提供信息。国内外的研究表明,蓝藻毒素影响许多植物的种子发芽、根系和地上部的生长,并在植物组织中积累,从而影响植物的产量和品质。蓝藻毒素影响植物生长发育的机理研究主要集中在组织结构损伤、蛋白磷酸酶的抑制、氧化胁迫和DNA损伤等方面,但传统的研究方法难以揭示植物复杂的蓝藻毒素胁迫响应机制,今后应加强分子生物学新技术(如芯片技术和深度测序技术等)在植物蓝藻毒素胁迫响应机制研究中的应用。With the development of industrial and agricultural production, industrial wastewater, life sewage and agricultural wastewater can cause eutrophication of water bodies. In appropriate conditions, the cyanobacteria in eutrophic waters propagate rapidly and gather to form blue-green algae blooms. Some cyanobacterial species can produce cyanobacterial toxins. Cyanobacterial toxins can potentially pose health hazard on aquatic animals and even human beings, and also affect the growth and development of plants via contaminated irrigation water. In this paper, the cyanobacterial toxin and its potential hazards are introduced, and the effect of cyanobacterial toxins on plant growth and development and its mechanism are reviewed in detail in order to provide some information for further research on inhibition mechanism. Cyanobacterial toxins can inhibit seed germination, root and shoot growth, and can be accumulated by plant tissues, and thus the yield and quality of plants decrease. The inhibition mechanisms include tissue structure damage, protein phosphatase inhibition, oxidative stress and DNA damage. However, it is difficult to reveal the complex cyanotoxins response mechanisms in plants by traditional methods. Future research on cyanotoxins response mechanisms in plants by using new techniques of molecular biology, such as microarray assay and deep sequence, should be strengthened.
