摘  要:目的筛选一种对粪肠球菌有抑菌效能的纳米羟磷灰石复合材料。方法选用载银纳米羟磷灰石(Ag/n HA)、载钇纳米羟磷灰石(Yi/n HA)、载铈纳米羟磷灰石(Ce/n HA)、普通纳米羟磷灰石(n HA)为实验材料,分别采用琼脂扩散法和琼脂稀释法,通过计量不同实验材料对粪肠球菌的抑菌环直径和最小抑菌浓度(MIC),评价4种纳米复合材料对粪肠球菌的影响。结果琼脂扩散法显示Ag/n HA周围出现明显的抑菌环,而Yi/n HA、Ce/n HA、n HA周围均无抑菌环。琼脂稀释法显示Ag/n HA对粪肠球菌的MIC为1.0 g·L-1;其他材料即使浓度高达32.0 g·L-1也未表现出抑制粪肠球菌的作用。结论 Ag/n HA对浮游状态的粪肠球菌有较好的抑制作用,而Yi/n HA、Ce/n HA、n HA在实验浓度范围内均无明显地抑制粪肠球菌的作用。ObjectiveThis study aims to compare and determine a kind of nano-hydroxyapatite composite material with good antibacterial efficacy on Enterococcus faecalis(E. faecalis) in vitro. Methods We investigated the antimicrobial acti-vity of four kinds of nano-hydroxyapatite composites, namely, silver/hydroxyapatite composite nanoparticles (Ag/nHA), yttrium/hydroxyapatite composite nanoparticles (Yi/nHA), cerium/hydroxyapatite composite nanoparticles (Ce/nHA), and hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (nHA), against E. faecalis in vitro using the agar diffusion and broth dilution method by mea-suring the growth inhibition zone and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), respectively. Results The agar diffu-sion test results showed that Ag/nHA displayed an obvious growth inhibition zone, whereas Yi/nHA, Ce/nHA, and nHA showed no influence on E. faecalis. The MIC value of Ag/nHA was 1.0 g·L^-1, and the three other materials had no effect on E. faecalis even at the high concentration of 32.0 g·L^-1. Conclusion Ag/nHA display a potential antimicrobial efficacy to planktonic E. faecalis. Whereas, the three other kinds of nano-hydroxyapatite composites (Yi/nHA, Ce/nHA, nHA) show no influence.
