摘 要:精准医学是人类基因组计划的延续,是医学发展的必然产物,是一种考虑人群基因、环境及生活方式个体差异的促进健康和治疗疾病的新兴医学模式。本文首次提出口腔精准医学的概念,以口腔典型疾病为例,结合近期的研究成果与学者观点,阐述口腔精准医学对口腔学科发展的指导意义及实现口腔精准医学将面对的机遇与挑战。The completion of human genome project and the progress in medical practice have inevitably lead to the deve-lopment of precision medicine, which is a medical model that proposes the customization of medical care including medical decisions, practices, and/or medical products with patient’s genetic background, environmental factors and life behavior being taken into account. The current work proposed precision stomatology for the first time, and by integrating data reported in recent literature, we described the current practice of precision stomatology in multiple disciplines in modern dentistry. The clinical significance of precision stomatology and its future challenges have also been discussed.
