摘  要:从车身结构优化、新型轻量化材料及先进制造工艺3个方面介绍了国内外车身轻量化方面的最新技术进展。从整车性能和成本的角度出发对这3条技术路径的相互关系进行了研究。探讨在项目研发的早期借助于多目标拓扑优化方法,结合超强钢、碳纤维复合材料等新材料的应用,进行车身结构优化。研究不同的实施路径对产品开发的适应性。并提出针对不同市场定位的车型实施不同车身轻量化的解决方案。The technical roadmap of light weighting for auto bodies is studied. The state -of - art of auto - body light weighting is introduced from three aspects : structural optimization, new light weighting materials and advanced manufacturing processes. The correlations among these techniques are studied from the perspectives of costs and vehicle properties. The light wei stage of the vehicle development through MDO, combined with the application ting way in the early of high strength carbon fiber reinforced plastics and other new light materials, is investigated.
