摘 要:文章根据动力学原理,在UM软件中建立车体-钩缓-车体串联模型,模拟装配NC390/391缓冲器的20E型机车与装配SL-76缓冲器的70 t货车连挂冲击过程,从而获得不同冲击速度下的车钩力及加速度等特性,并以模拟结果为理论依据,同时结合20E型机车连挂冲击性能的要求,开展车辆连挂冲击碰撞试验。结果表明,南非20E型机车的连挂冲击性能满足客户的要求。In this paper,the vehicle-coupler-vehicle impact model has been built in UM software according to dynamics theory for simulating the shunting process of type 20E locomotive fitted with NC 390/391 absorber impacting upon 70 t wagon fitted with SL-76 absorber. The characteristics of coupler force and acceleration have been acquired in this simulation process of locomotive and freight wagon in different velocities. And the impact test on type 20E locomotive is performed which is based on the simulation and the requirement of shunting impact on this locomotive. The result shows that the characteristics of vehicle shunting on type 20E locomotive can satisfy requirements of customer.
