碘酊烧灼联合兰美抒治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨20.0 g/L碘酊烧灼创面联合兰美抒(盐酸特比奈芬)治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法对临床上经角膜刮片镜检确诊的真菌性角膜溃疡79例(79只眼)进行病灶清除,碘酊烧灼联合兰美抒治疗,酮康唑滴眼液点眼。结果 79例患者中痊愈61例(77.2%),好转15例(19.0%),无效3例(3.8%)。结论真菌性角膜溃疡在早期确诊后,局部病灶清除,20.0 g/L碘酊涂擦创面及联合兰美抒治疗可以取得良好疗效。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of 20.0 g/L iodine burning wound combined with Lamisil （ acid terbinafine ） in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer .Methods Seventy-nine cases of fungal corneal ulcer （ 79 eyes ） diagnosed by corneal smear examination were cleaned locally , and treated by iodine burning combined with Lamisil and ketoconazole eye drops.Results Among 79 cases, 61 cases （77.2%） were healed, 15 cases （19.0%） were improved and 3 cases （ 3.8%） were aggravated .Conclusion After early diagnosis of fungal corneal ulcer , local debridement , inunction of the wound with 20.0 g/L iodine com-bined with Lamisil can get good therapeutic effect .
