温化胶囊对人肝癌细胞株Bel-7402凋亡的作用

摘　　要：目的研究温化胶囊对Bel-7402人肝癌细胞株凋亡的影响。方法对人肝癌细胞株Bel-7402进行体外细胞培养,分设阴性对照组、低剂量温化胶囊组(150μg/m L)及高剂量温化胶囊组(750μg/m L),每组设置5个平行实验。使用流式细胞仪分析温化胶囊对人肝癌细胞株Bel-7402凋亡的影响。结果与阴性对照组相比较,高剂量温化胶囊组能够提高Bel-7402细胞的凋亡率[(9.620±0.593)%vs(5.520±1.270)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,高剂量温化胶囊组与阴性对照组相比,S期细胞比例[(31.92±2.19)%vs(24.90±1.16)%]增加(P<0.05)。结论温化胶囊具有诱导Bel-7402人肝癌细胞株凋亡的作用并引起细胞周期的改变。Objective To investigate the effect of Wen Hua capsules, a kind of traditional Chinese medicine, on the apoptosis in Bel-7402 cells. Methods The Bel-7402 cells cultured in vitro were divided into control group, low concentration Wen Hua capsules group（150 μg/m L） and high concentration Wen Hua capsules group（750 μg/m L）. There were 5 parallel experiments in each group, and the effect of Wen Hua capsules on apoptosis in Bel-7402 cells was detected by flow cytometry. Results Compared with control group, significantly increased apoptosis of Bel-7402 cell was observed in the high concentration Wen Hua capsules group[（9.620 ± 0.593） % vs（5.520 ± 1.270） %, P 〈 0.05], due to significantly increased percentage of cells in S phase[（31.92 ± 2.19） % vs（24.90 ± 1.16） %, P 〈 0.05）]. Conclusion It is demonstrated that Wen Hua capsules could induce apoptosis of Bel-7402 cells and change the cell cycle.
