摘 要:基于温升理论基础,运用杜龙-佩蒂特定律和最小二乘法,推导牵引电机定子绕组电阻和温升的表达式,计算零秒电阻和零秒温升值。同时采用计算机作图法,对试验测试数据进行拟合,得到温升最大值和电阻拟合值。通过对比该2种方法的具体过程和所得结果,说明其有效性,为温升测试和计算提供合理方法。Based on the temperature rise theory,by applying the Du Long-Petit Law and the least square method,the paper derives the expressions for stator winding resistance and temperature rise of traction motors,working out the values for zero second resistance and zero second temperature rise. In the meantime,it adopts the computer graphics method and fit the test data to work out the Max. temperature rise value and the resistance fitting value. derived the maximum temperature elevation and the corresponding calculation formula of winding resistance. Then,with two test data,The authors calculated the test results are fitted by the computer graphic method,the value was also derived. Through analysis and comparison of two methods,The authors proved that the two methods are effective,and can be applied to the temperature rise test.
