摘　　要：本文在分析国外合作模式理论的基础上,通过我国对艾滋病防治的参与主体——政府、佑安医院、爱心家园合作的案例研究,提出了我国NGO与政府合作的中国特色新模式,为我国政府进一步完善社会组织发展的政策提供借鉴。On the basis of the theory of foreign cooperative mode, this paper proposed the new model of the cooperation between NGO and government with Chinese characteristics, through the case study of China＇s AIDS prevention and control participants, including You An Hospital and Home of Care, which provides reference for the Chinese government to further improve its policy for the development of social organizations.
