摘 要:目的探讨第二课堂教学法对临床实习医生医患沟通能力培养的效果。方法选取2014年5月—2014年12该院内分泌科临床实习医生64人为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用传统教学联合第二课堂教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。实验组在教学过程中注意培养医学生的人文关怀素养,从而提高医学生的医患沟通能力,课后对两组实习生的技能考试成绩和医患沟通能力进行测评。结果实验组成绩及医患沟通能力测评结果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论第二课堂教学法利于临床实习医生医患沟通能力的提高。Objective To investigate the effect of the second classroom teaching interns in clinical patient communication ability. Methods May 2014 to 12 in 2014 in our hospital clinical interns Endocrinology 64 human subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group using traditional classroom teaching union the second approach, the control group using traditional teaching methods. Note that in the experimental group teaching medical students during the accomplishment of humane care, medical students to improve doctor-patient communication skills, after-school interns for two scores and patient communication skills, the ability to carry out the evaluation.Results The experimental group results and doctor-patient communication skills evaluation results significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The second classroom teaching will help improve patient communication ability of clinical interns.
