探讨心内科护理潜在风险因素的防范措施

摘　　要：该研究进行对心内科护理工作潜在的风险的探讨,旨在保持良好护患关系并提高护理人员风险意识,减少护理中风险因素管理的发生,完善相应工作管理的处理措施,制定日常风险培训考核的完整方式,强化风险的监控体系。对护理工作中潜在存在的风险进行评估,保持良好护患关系并提高护理人员风险意识,减少护理中风险因素管理的发生。最终大幅提高护士护理风险意识并促进了护患之间的关系,护理质量有所提高。加强风险监控可有效预防或者减少护理风险的发生频率,强化护理人员风险防护意识,为病人提供安全有序且优质的护理。Research in this paper the potential risk of Department of cardiology nursing work, to maintain a good nurse patient relationship and improve risk consciousness of nursing management, reduce nursing risk factors in the occurrence of the corresponding treatment measures, improve management, complete the daily risk way to develop training and assessment, monitoring system and strengthen risk. The potential exists to assess the risk of nursing work, maintain good relationship between nurse and patient and to raise awareness of the risks of nursing staff, reduce the occurrence of the risk factors in nursing management. Eventually greatly improve the nursing risk consciousness of nurses and to promote the relationship between nurses and patients, improve nursing quality. Strengthen risk control can effectively prevent or reduce the frequency of occurrence of nursing risk, strengthen the risk awareness of protection of nursing staff, provide safe and orderly and high quality nursing for patients.
