摘　　要：该研究通过对各财经类高校高水平运动队教学管理的现状进行深入的调查,旨在更好了解高校运动队在财经类高校中的教学训练管理现状,针对现有问题提出发展改革对策,为促进高校高水平运动队的建设,更好地培养相关人才,提供一定的参考建议。In this study,we deeply analysis of the high level sports team teaching managment and reform in Chinese Finance Colleges and Universities.Our aim is to better understand the situation,to solve the problem of finding the development countermeasure,to promote the high level sports team teaching management and reform in Finance Colleges and Universities.We also put forward some constructive suggestions.
