试论中西讽谕理论的差异

摘　　要："讽谕说"是西方诗歌的重要理论,中国诗人一开始就将这一理论贯穿在自己的诗歌创作之中。从中西讽谕的运用来看,不存在相互影响的可能,只能是中西诗人对诗歌认识的殊途同归。中西讽谕理论的内涵也存在明显差别:中国讽谕理论以温柔敦厚为核心,西方则只是解读诗意的一个层面;中国诗歌的讽谕意义主要通过比兴的手段获取,西方则是通过神话故事;中国讽谕的目的是为了维护统治阶级的利益,西方则是为了解释《圣经》。这种对比研究是非常有意义的,有助于在对比中把握这一理论的各自内涵。Allegory theory is an important western poetic theory. Chinese poets employed this theory in their poetry creation at the very start. As far as the use of Chinese and Western allegories is concerned, mutual influence between them is impossible. Chinese and western poets interpret the poem by different means. In terms of connotation, there is also obvious difference between Chinese and western allegory theory：Chinese alle？gory theory takes gentle and generous spirit as its core and western allegory theory is just part of poetic interpre？tation;the allegorical sense of Chinese poetry is realized by metaphor and analogy and that of western poetry by fairy story;the purpose of Chinese allegory is to maintain the interest of ruling class and that of western allegory is to interpret The Bible. This kind of contrastive study is very meaningful and helpful to grasp the individual connotations of this theory.
