摘 要:以邓肯-张非线性本构模型模拟压缩垃圾的应力-应变关系,在ANSYS中建立了压缩垃圾的邓肯-张三维本构模型;通过分析垃圾压缩过程中垃圾的密度变化,建立垃圾密度关于垃圾车加载次数的密度分布模型;最后分析满载挤入工况下车厢和垃圾的受力情况,用有限元方法计算出该工况下车厢的应力,将实验测试结果和仿真结果相比较,试验值与仿真值误差范围在10%左右,验证了有限元模型以及垃圾本构模型的准确性。In this paper, the stress-strain relationship of garbage is simulated by using the Duncan-Chang nonlinear constitu-tive model, and the 3D Duncan-Chang constitutive model of compression garbage is established in ANSYS; according to the a-nalysis of garbage density change in the process of compressing, the garbage density distribution model of the garbage densityabout loading times is also constructed. Finally, the force situation of garbage and carriage in full-load invading condition isanalyzed, and the stress of carriage in such condition is then calculated with the finite element method. By comparing the re-sults of experiment and simulation, it is found that the error range is about 10%, which could prove the finite element modeland the constitutive model are effective.
