摘　　要：青光眼滤过术后滤过道瘢痕化是滤过术失败的主要原因,寻找抗瘢痕化效率高、安全性好并具有更简便的给药方法的抗瘢痕化药物成为提高青光眼滤过术成功率的长期课题,本文主要对近年来新发现的抗瘢痕化药物和治疗方案作一综述。Postoperative scarring is the main reason for the failure of glaucoma ill- tration surgery. It is very important to find a more efficient, safe and convenient method to improve the success rate of glaucoma filtration surgery. New anti-scarring drugs and treatment method in recent years are reviewed in this article.
