色素性痒疹1例

摘　　要：患者女,20岁。背部红色丘疹伴剧烈瘙痒,并消退后遗留褐色网状色素沉着3年。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,毛孔角栓,棘层轻度水肿,真皮浅中层血管周围少许淋巴细胞浸润,伴大量噬黑素细胞。诊断:色素性痒疹。予米诺环素50mg(2次/d)口服,2周后红色丘疹消退。目前随访中。A 20-year-old female presented with 3 years of pruritic erythematous papules on her back. The lesions subsi- ded accompanied by reticular pigmentation. Histological examination demonstrated hyperkeratosis,keratinous plugs in ollicular orifices and mild edema in stratum spinosum. Perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes was foumt occasionally in superficial and medial layer. Abundant melanophages were observed. A diagnosis of prurigo pigmemosa was given. The patient was successfully treated with oral minocycline, 50mg twice daily. She has been followed up untill now.
