当归芍药散治疗慢性肾小球肾炎湿瘀互结证57例

摘　　要：目的:观察当归芍药散治疗慢性肾小球肾炎湿瘀互结证的临床疗效。方法:将2013年2月—2014年12月于本院就诊的慢性肾小球肾炎湿瘀互结证患者114例随机分为对照组和治疗组患者各57例。对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,治疗组患者则在对照组基础上联合当归芍药散治疗,日1剂,连续治疗2个月后观察临床疗效及两组患者血、尿生化指标的改善情况。结果:对照组有效率为75.4%,治疗组有效率为91.2%,对照组有效率明显低于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者经治疗后血、尿生化指标均有不同程度地改善,血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)及尿蛋白定量水平与治疗前相比有所降低,血浆白蛋白水平则明显升高,治疗组的各项指标水平变化程度更突出,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归芍药散能有效改善慢性肾小球肾炎湿瘀互结证患者的尿蛋白症状,提高肾功能,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis（CGN） due to accumulation of dampness and blood stasis. Methods： A total of 114 patients with CGN due to accumulation of dampness and blood stasis admitted in our hospital from February,2013 to December,2014 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,57 cases for each. Control group was treated with routine western medicines,on which basis treatment group was added with Danggui Shaoyao Powder,1 dosage daily. The clinical efficacy and the improvement of biochemical indexes of blood and urine of both groups were observed after continuous 2-month treatment. Results： The effective rate of control group was 75. 4%,evidently lower than the 91. 2% in treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the biochemical indexes of blood and urine had different-degree improvement,in which the quantitative levels of blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr） and urine protein decreased markedly while plasma albumin increased apparently than treatment before,which were more significant in treatment group than in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Danggui Shaoyao Powder can effectively improve the urine protein symptoms and increase the renal function with favorable clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with CGN due to accumulation of dampness and blood stasis.
