摘 要:脆弱性分析与评价是灾害减除、准备、应对和恢复的基础,目前已成为自然灾害与可持续发展研究领域的一个重要方向。本文首先对不同研究视角下的自然灾害脆弱性概念进行评述,探究了其基本构成、内涵及本质;然后,对脆弱性研究常用的经典模型与评估方法进行了梳理与分析,指出各模型与方法的适用范围和应用中存在的局限性;最后,对灾害脆弱性研究的发展前景与研究方向进行了展望。以期为自然灾害的深入研究、有效应对与科学管理提供一定的指导与借鉴意义。The analysis and assessment of vulnerability are the basis of elimination, preparedness, response and recovery to natural hazards, and now it has become an important research direction of natural hazards and sustainable development. Firstly, the basic structure, meaning and essence of natural hazards vulnera- bility were studied based on the review of the concept of natural hazards vulnerability from different research perspective. And then, the classical models and assessment methods were introduced, and their limitations were pointed out. Finally, the development prospects and research directions of vulnerability to natural hazards were discussed.. It was hoped that this research could provide some guidance and reference for the research, response and management of natural hazards.
