不同年龄段胃癌患者临床特点及手术风险分析

摘　　要：目的：分析不同年龄段胃癌患者的临床特点和手术风险。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年6月行胃癌根治术的463例患者的临床资料，按年龄分成三组：〈65岁组、65-80岁组、〉80岁组。比较分析三组的临床病例资料。结果三组男女构成比、手术方式、病理学特征、术后并发症等差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05），但〉80岁组的患者术前合并症总数显著高于其余两组（P〈0.05）。结论高龄患者虽然具有更多的术前合并症，但是手术风险并未增加。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and operation risk of gastric cancer patients of different ages. Methods The data of 463 gastric cancer patients undergoing radical gastrectomy between January 2012 and June 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into 3 groups：younger than 65 years old group,65-80 years old group and older than 80 years old group,explore whether there are differences between the clinical and pathological data of these 3 groups. Results There was no significant difference in the constituent ratio of male and female,operative method,pathological characteristics and postoperative complications （P〉0.05） between the three groups. Patients in older than 80 years old group have more preoperative complications compared with the other two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Although elderly patients have more preoperative complications,the surgical risk is not increased.
