三氧化二砷注射液联合化疗治疗晚期胆囊癌临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察三氧化二砷（As2O3）注射液联合化疗治疗晚期胆囊癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法晚期胆囊癌患者41例，随机分为观察组21例，采用顺铂（GP方案）方案化疗，化疗开始时，联合As2O3注射液10mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液500ml中，静脉滴注，1次/d，持续14d。对照组20例，采用GP方案化疗。结果〉2个周期疗效评价，观察组总缓解率为52.38%，其中完全缓解（CR）1例、部分缓解（PR）10例、稳定（SD）6例和进展（PD）4例。对照组总缓解率为35.00%，其中CR 1例，PR 6例，SD 5例，PD 8例。主要不良反应为消化道反应及轻度的骨髓抑制和肝功能损害。结论 As2O3注射液联合化疗治疗晚期胆囊癌有较好疗效，不良反应少。Objective To evaluate the effect and toxicity of arsenic trioxide（As2O3）injection combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced gallbladder cancer.Methods Forty-one advanced gallbladder cancer patients were randomized into two groups. All received GP regimen：Gemcitabine 1000mg/m2 on days 1 and 8,and cisplatin 30mg/m2 on days 1-3.The chemotherapy was repeated every 3 weeks as one cycle.Besides,to the treatment group（21 patients）,10mg As2O3 injection was adding in 500ml 5%glucose for intravenous dripping every day for 14 successive days. Results After the treatment,the objective response rate of the treatment group was 52.38%,CR 1,PR 10,SD 6,PD 4. The major side reactions were I-Ⅱ degree gastrointestinal tract reaction,mild bone marrow suppression and hepatic functional damage. The objective response rate of the compare group was 35.00%,CR 1,PR 6,SD 5,PD 8. Conclusion As2O3 injection combined with chemotherapy is effective in treating advanced gallbladder cancer with mild side reactions.
