检测骨桥蛋白的表达与声门上型喉鳞状细胞癌临床病理指征的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨声门上型喉鳞状细胞癌(SGLSCC)组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测在37例SGLSCC组织、15例喉正常组织中的OPN蛋白表达,探讨OPN蛋白表达与患者的临床分期、病理学组织分级及淋巴结转移等临床病理指征的相关性。结果 OPN在SGLSCC中的阳性表达率为67.57%,显著高于正常喉组织中的阳性表达率(13.33%),两者对比P<0.05;且OPN在SGLSCC中的表达与临床分期、病理组织学分级、颈部淋巴结转移有明显相关(P<0.05)。结论 OPN在SGLSCC中的表达明显高于喉正常组织,且与患者的临床分期、病理学分级、颈部有无淋巴结转移密切相关,提示OPN蛋白可能参与声门上型喉癌的发生、发展及转移。Objective To explore OPN （osteopontin OPN） protein expression in supraglottic larynx squamous cell carcinoma （SGLSCC） organization and its clinical significance. Methods Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues from 37 cases of SGLSCC and 15 cases of normal tissue were evaluated for the expression of OPN by SP immunohistochemistry, the levels of OPN protein in tissues and their correlation with clinicopathological parameters of SGLSCC were analyzed. Results The expression rates of OPN in SGLSCC and laryngeal normal tissue were 67.57%, 13.33% respectively. There was significant difference between them （P〈0.05）;And the expression of OPN in SGLSCC in the pathological and histological grading, clinical stage, cervical lymph node metastasis had significant correlation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of OPN was higher in the SGLSCC, and was closely related with its clinical stage, histological grading, neck lymph node metastasis;The expression of OPN took important roles in the tumorigenesis, aggressiveness and metastases of SGLSCC.
