摘  要:随着肿瘤发病率的不断增加,奥沙利铂(OXA)已广泛应用于以大肠癌为主的各种肿瘤的治疗中,为患者延长寿命的同时,也给患者造成了不良反应,其中OXA导致周围神经系统毒性发生率高达90%。严重的周围神经系统毒性往往造成患者生活质量的下降,用药剂量被迫调整,甚至终止治疗,而达不到预期的治疗效果。最新研究显示多种指标可用于预测OXA相关的外周神经病变,为实现个体化药物治疗、提高化疗的连续性带来了希望。现对OXA周围神经毒性的临床特征、发生机制和基因多态性的最新进展作一综述。As the tumor incidence increased, oxaliplatin which is mainly composed of colorectal cancer has been widely used in the treatment of various tumors. These drugs not only prolong life of patients, but also bring a lot of adverse reactions at the same time. Among them the occurring rate of oxaliplatin-induced peripheral nervous system neuropathy is as high as 90%. Severe nervous system disorders tend to affect the quality of life of cancer survivors, force cancer survivors to reduce drug dosages, or even completely cease treatment, which will affect the expected results. The latest study shows a variety of indicators can be used to predict oxaliplatin-induced peripheral nervous system neuropathy, which bring the hope for improving the continuity of chemotherapy and realizing individualized drug therapy. This article reviewed the clinical characteristics, progress in pathogenesis, and gene polymorphism of oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity.
