摘  要:目的体外短期观察不同p H值柠檬酸对牙本质的酸蚀作用,以了解饮料常见成分柠檬酸对牙本质的侵蚀过程和特点。方法将60个离体牙本质样本随机分为6组,以人工唾液浸泡为对照,分别采用p H值2.3、3.2的柠檬酸进行0-60min原位酸蚀和1-7天的循环酸蚀实验。检测实验前后溶液中钙磷含量和牙本质表面显微硬度,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察表面形态。结果在0-60min原位酸蚀中,实验组的钙磷溶出量随侵蚀时间呈线性上升,且在各时间点:p H 2.3组〉p H3.2组(P〈0.05)。显微硬度均随时间延长明显降低:p H 2.3组〉p H3.2组(P〈0.05),但下降速度不同,p H2.3组的显微硬度下降过程可以大致分为2个阶段:在前15分钟下降迅速,15min时下降48.67%;而15-60min的下降速度则相对平缓;p H3.2组显微硬度整体下降速度平缓。在1-7天的循环酸蚀中,钙磷释放量和显微硬度降低程度均为p H 2.3组〉p H3.2组(P〈0.05),但组内每天的变化量无统计学差异。SEM显示:两组样本经酸蚀后管周牙本质明显脱矿、牙本质小管管径增大,p H2.3组在短期侵蚀时即可出现管间牙本质的明显脱矿。结论两种不同p H值的柠檬酸对牙本质的侵蚀作用随时间延长而加重,p H值低者对牙本质的酸蚀侵害更重。Objective To evaluate the effect of different pH citric acid on the surface of dentin in a short time, and to investigate the characteristic of dentin erosion with citric acid with is the common ingredient of beverage. Methods 60 dentin samples were randomly divided into two parts, separately to do in situ erosion experiment of 0 -60min and cycling erosion experiment of 1-7days. The experimental groups were immersed into citric acid of pH 2.3 and pH3.2 respectively. The degree of demineralization were assessed by chemical analysis of Ca and P of the solution , Microhardness of the dentin samples was evaluated and the morphology of the surface was tested by SEM. Results The concentrations of Ca and P in solution were linear increased with time in experimental groups in the 0-60min situ erosion, and at each time point, the degree was : pH2.3 〉pH3.2 (P〈0.05). Microhardness of dentin samples were decreased with time : pH2.3~pH3.2, (P〈0.05), but the rates varied. Two stages of the microhardness reduction were in group pH2.3, in the first 15 minutes, the microhardness of the samples were reduced rapidly (48.67%), during 15 -60min they were reduced mildly (21.86%). And group pH3.2 showed a slow decline of the microhardness. In the 7 days of cycling erosion, the result of Ca and P released amount and microhardness reduction was pH 2.3 〉pH3.2 (P〈0.05). SEM showed that the dentin tubular orifices were clear and open and demineralization of peritubular dentin were detectable in both groups. There were distinct loss of intertubular dentin in group pH 2.3. Conclusion Different pH value of citric acid used in the study both had erosion effect on dentin. Along with the erosion time, the erosion effects were obviously increased, the lower of the pH value and the worse of the erosion.
