摘　　要：目的研究摇椅弓配合种植钉技术矫治前牙开的效果,探讨该技术矫治开的机制和临床要点。方法选择18例青少年前牙开患者,应用摇椅弓配合后牙区种植钉及前牙段垂直牵引进行矫治,分析矫治前、后的X线头颅侧位片变化。结果矫治后上下磨牙直立并略压低,上、下颌切牙伸长且上切牙内收,平面平整,前牙覆覆盖正常,上下唇略内收。结论摇椅弓配合种植钉技术能有效矫治青少年牙性前牙开,该技术矫治机理与MEAW技术相似,对轻度拥挤病例可以推磨牙向后并内收前牙。Objective To evaluate the results of open bite treatment using microscrew anchorage and reverse-curve arch wire. Methods 18 patients with open bite were treated by Damon Q appliance without extraction of premolars. The changes in the cephalometric films before and after treatment were measured and analyzed. Results The anterior teeth were elongated and moved lingually while the molars were intruded slightly and made upright distally, which helped to re- construct the occlusal plane. Conclusion It is effective to treat open bite by microscrew anchorage with reverse-curve arch wire, which is very similar to MEAW.
