不备牙瓷贴面修复前牙切端缺损的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价不备牙瓷贴面修复前牙切端缺损的临床效果。方法 60颗前牙切端缺损的患者分为2组,每组30例,分别用不备牙瓷贴面和传统备牙瓷贴面进行修复,修复后用视觉模拟评分法对患者满意度进行评价,采用两独立样本t检验对两组满意度进行统计学分析。修复后1年复查,评价修复体完整度、边缘适合性、牙龈健康状况、术后敏感及颜色匹配情况,采用卡方检验对评价结果进行统计学分析。结果不备牙瓷贴面组患者对修复体美学效果的满意度评分为(9.3±0.5)分,传统备牙瓷贴面组为(9.5±0.3)分,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修复后1年不备牙瓷贴面组在术后敏感症状评价上优于传统备牙贴面组(P<0.05),修复体完整度、边缘适合性、牙龈健康状况及颜色匹配上2组差异无统计学意义。结论在严格选择适应证的前提下,不备牙瓷贴面修复前牙切端缺损的临床效果良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of porcelain laminate veneer without teeth preparation to restore the ineisal defect of the anterior teeth. Methods 60 patients with incisal defect of the anterior tooth were randomly di- vided into 2 groups （n = 30 ）. Respectively, porcelain laminate veneel,＇s without tooth preparation and with traditional tooth preparation were used to restore the defect. The visual analogue scales were used to evaluate the satisfaction degree of patients after repair, and two independent sample t-test was used to statistical analysis between two groups. The integri- ty of restoration, marginal adaptation, gingival health, sensitivity symptom, and color match of all cases were checked and recorded after 1 year, and Chi-squared test was used to statistical analysis between two groups. Results The satis- faction degree of （ 9.3 ± 0.5 ） using pm^elain laminate veneers without tooth preparation was no statistical differences with the satisfaction degree of （9.5±0.5 ） using porcelain laminate veneers with traditional tooth preparation. The sensi- tivity symptom using porcelain laminate veneers without tooth preparation was superior to that with traditional tooth prepa- ration （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the integrity of restoration ,nmrginal adaptation, gingival health and color match were no statisti- cally differences. Conclusion With strict control of indications, porcelain laminate veneer without teeth preparation to restore the incisal defect of the anterior teeth has fine clinical effect.
