摘　　要：目的:检测CD10在毛囊皮脂腺囊性错构瘤(FSCH)中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化法检测6例FSCH、10例皮脂腺痣、10例皮脂腺增生症和10例正常皮肤的石蜡组织中CD10的表达。结果:CD10在FSCH皮脂腺结构中呈阳性高表达(100%),与皮脂腺痣(20%)和皮脂腺增生症(10%)相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD10在FSCH间叶组织中呈低表达(20%),与皮脂腺痣(100%)和皮脂腺增生症(100%)相比同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD10表达可作为鉴别FSCH与皮脂腺痣和皮脂腺增生的一个指标。Objective： To detect the expression of CD10 in folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma （FSCH）. Methods： The expression of CD10 in paraffin-embedded samples of FSCH （6 patients）, sebaceous nevus （10 patients）, sebaceous hyperplasia （10 patients） and normal skin （10 persons ） was detected with immu- nohistochemistry. Results： The positivity rate of CD10 in the sebaceous gland structure of FSCH was 100%, which was higher than 20% in sebaceous nevus （20%） and sebaceous hyperplasia （10%） （P〈0.05）. The positivity rate of CD10 in the mesenchymal tissue of FSCH was 20%, which was lower than 100% in seba- ceous nevus and in sebaceous hyperplasia （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The expression of CD10 is a potential marker in differential diagnosis of FSCH, sebaceous nevus and sebaceous hyperplasia.
