隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤34例临床病理分析

摘　　要：回顾分析经手术及病理证实的34例隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤临床资料。经典型19例、黏液型8例、纤维肉瘤型3例、萎缩型2例、色素型2例。组织病理示:真皮中下层及皮下脂肪可见大小基本一致的梭形肿瘤细胞呈席纹状、车辐状排列,深入并分割皮下脂肪,可见蜂窝状结构。免疫组化示:Vimentin阳性率100%,CD34阳性率100%,CD68阳性率17.6%,S-100阳性率11.8%。The clinical data of 34 patients with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans was analyzed. The pa- tients incIuded classical type （19 cases）, myxoid type （8 cases） fibrosarcoma type （3 cases）, atrophic type （2 cases） and pigment type （2 cases）. Biopsy showed the spindle-shaped cells arranged in storiform and wheel shape, extending to adipose layer. Immunohistochemical staining showed that the tumor cells were posi- tive for vimentin （ 100%）. CD34 （ 100%）. CD68 （ 17.6% ） and S- 100 （ 11.8% ）.
