Forsus矫治器治疗骨性下颌后缩口腔功能间隙变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过Forsus矫治器治疗青少年骨性下颌后缩,随着下颌骨前移过程中下颌骨和牙齿发生位置改变,观察治疗前后口腔功能间隙的变化。方法:采用3M公司生产的Forsus TM Fatigue Resistant Device矫治器治疗32例安氏II类1分类骨性下颌后缩青少年患者,治疗前后自身作为对照,拍摄头颅侧位片,采用配对t检验,观察治疗前后患者的口腔功能间隙的改变情况。结果:Forsus矫治器治疗9个月后,舌骨距FH平面水平距离平均减小4.74mm,舌骨距FH平面垂直距离平均增大6.83mm,前上面高平均增加2.89mm,前下面高平均增加了3.88mm,后面高平均增加4.59mm,上颌前牙舌倾明显,下颌前牙无明显唇倾,口腔功能间隙面积平均增加了321.14mm2。结论:Forsus矫治器治疗骨性下颌后缩的青少年可使口腔功能间隙明显增大,促进下颌骨发育,有利于口颌系统功能的改善。Objective To analyze changes of oral functional space of mandibular retrusion patients treated by Forsus device. Methods thirty- two patients in Angle＇s Class II malocclusion I division were selected,all patients were treated by Forsus advice. The assessments were taken from the cephalometric radiograph in centric occlusion pre and post treatment. Random t-test were used. Oral functional space were observed and measured. Results The average periods of the treatment were about 9 months.Hyoid was moved forward 4.74 mm and inferior 6.83 mm respectively. The anterior lower facial height and posterior facial height were obviously increased. At the same time, the oral functional space increased about 321.14mm2.the maxillary anterior teeth inclined lingually,but the labial inclined of mandibular anterior teeth was not obvious. Conclusion It showed that Forsus advice treatment on skeletal mandibular retrusion patients was beneficial to increase oral functional space and to improve the jaw growth and the functional of oral system.
