MTA根尖封闭法治疗窦道型顽固性根尖周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨MTA根尖封闭法治疗窦道型顽固性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年9月来我科就诊的窦道型顽固性根尖周炎患者60例（66颗）,用Protaper根管预备成形清理,将MTA封闭根尖炎症吸收区后,热牙胶根管充填、树脂修复患牙外形。结果：术后1周复诊,66颗患牙术后疼痛评价均为1级,即完全无疼痛。术后6~12个月复查,58例患者、64颗患牙均无自觉症状,窦道愈合消失,X线片显示根尖周稀疏区缩小或消除,呈骨性愈合。另2例患者因故未能复诊。结论：MTA根尖封闭法治疗窦道型顽固性根尖周炎,术后窦道消除不反复,根尖周愈合情况良好,患者就诊次数少,疗程短,省时及医疗费用低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and reliability of apical barrier with MTA for teeth with fistula of refractory periapical periodontitis. Methods 66 teeth with fistula of refractory periapical periodontitis were investigated.The pre-and post-operative pain in 1 week and the 6-12 months the clinical effects was observed. Results In each case,MTA allowed bone healing and elimination of clilnical symptoms. Conclusion Apical barrier with MTA is an effective treatment for the teeth with fistula of refractory periapical periodontitis,and its pain period is short and it has a certain clinical feasibility.
