摘  要:目的:探讨缺牙与颞下颌关节紊乱病的关系。方法:以颞下颌关节弹响、疼痛、张口受限等症状之一为主诉被诊为TMD的伴有缺牙的病例1100例(TMD组),单纯缺牙要求修复的病例1100例,从两组中各筛选出仅缺前牙、仅缺前磨牙和仅缺磨牙的病例。两组按同龄、同性别1:l配对后作多因素条件Logistic回归分析。结果:进入回归方程的变量为仅缺前牙和仅缺磨牙(P<0.05),回归系数依次为-0.359和0.467,OR值分别为0.716、1.685。结论:磨牙缺失是TMD的危险因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between temporomandibular disorders(TMD)and tooth losing. Methods The tooth loss information of 1100 TMD cases(TMD Group) and 1100 prosthetic cases(Prosthetic Group) was recorded.The TMD patients were diagnosed according to their symptoms and signs and the prosthetic cases were included only for those without TMD symptoms or signs.Patients in the two groups were grouped according to the tooth losing position as anterior teeth loser,premolar(s) loser and molar(s) loser.Then patients from the two groups were paired by 1:l,each pair with same age and belong to same sex.Conditional logistic regression was used to determine effective factors of TMD. Results Molar losing was the risk factor(coefficient of regression=0.467,OR=1.685) while anterior tooth losing was the protective factor(coefficient of regression=-0.359,OR=0.716)(P〈0.05). Conclusion Molar losing is a risk factor to TMD.
