下颌骨外板截骨术并发症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨下颌骨外板截骨术并发症的发生与预防。方法:回顾性分析1993年4月-2014年4月完成的下颌骨外板截骨术128例患者,总结分析其并发症。结果:术中大出血1例,术后血肿12例,伤口感染2例,下唇麻木66例,均逐渐恢复。无呼吸道梗阻、下颌骨骨折等严重并发症发生。结论:下颌骨外板截骨术是一项较为安全的术式。但应严格把握手术适应证和谨慎操作,预防严重并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the complications of mandibular outer cortex ostectomy. Methods The complications of 128 cases underwent mandibular outer cortex ostectomy from April 1993 to April 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results One patient had massive hemorrhage,12 cases had hematoma,2 cases wound infection and 66 cases lower lip numbness of all the 128 cases,with no serious complications such as airway obstruction or mandibular fracture. Conclusion Mandibular outer cortex ostectomy is a safe surgical procedure. Strict operation indication and prudent manipulation must to be keep to prevent the serious complications.
